Pursuant to the provisions of Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce Act 34/2002, of 11 July, we inform you that cookies are used on VINCO's websites and applications in order to facilitate and improve the browsing experience for users, recording where they navigated on the website, their username on registering, their preferences and display settings and offering each user information that may be of interest to him/her.

What are cookies?

A cookie is a file that is downloaded onto your computer or the device you are using (smartphone, tablet, connected television, etc.) when you enter certain websites. Among other things, cookies allow websites to store and retrieve information about a user's browsing habits or about their computer and, depending on the information they contain and how the device is used, they may be used to recognize the user.
A cookie is stored on a computer or device in order to identify the browser while it interacts with our websites or applications. A website can only establish a cookie on the browser if the preferences so permit. A browser only allows a website to access the cookies established by it, not those established by other websites.
Third party cookies are used on VINCO's websites and applications, allowing it to collect anonymous statistical data about the visits received so that it can track any advertising campaigns that may be ongoing at the time of the visit.

Why are they important?

From a technical point of view, they allow websites to work more smoothly and to be more suited to the preferences of the users by, for example, saving the language, the currency or detecting the access device.
They establish levels of protection and security that prevent or hinder cyber attacks against the website or its users.
They allow media managers to know the statistical data collected by cookies so that they can improve the quality and experience of their services.
They are used to optimise the advertising displayed to users, offering that which is best suited to their interests.
