We offer a wide variety of packaging formats, with reels ranging from 40 to 400 kg in plastic, wooden or metal versions, tailored to the requirements of each production process.
For continuous production environments, the material can be supplied on industrial reels weighing between 250 and 400 kg. This format reduces reel changes, minimises in-line adjustments and improves overall operational stability.
As a complementary service to our rolling process, the wire can undergo a post-rolling cleaning process that removes residues of oil, soap or other process debris. This option is particularly suitable for applications where surface cleanliness is a requirement of the downstream process or client specifications.
