What are the benefits of in-house flat wire rolling?

Packaging formats: reels from 40 to 400 kg
We supply flat-rolled wire on reels from 40 to 400 kg, in plastic, wooden or metal versions, according to the requirements of each production process. For continuous production, we offer industrial reels of 250 to 400 kg. This format reduces reel changes, minimises in-line adjustments and improves operational stability.
Post-rolling cleaning
As a complementary service, the wire can undergo a post-rolling cleaning process that removes oil, soap and other residues from rolling. We recommend it when surface cleanliness is a requirement of the downstream process or of the customer’s specifications.
